Comments: they came out when they said they would and did the replacement opener, they cleaned up after them and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone and although I hope I don't need to hire them again, I would definitely not have a problem getting them to replace or repair my garage door problems.... highly recommended company

Comments: Wonderful Experience. I would highly recommend Mark Smith for any garage door project. Mr. Smith performed the inspection on time as promised and returned a day or two (2) later to perform the needed repairs as promised. Mr. Smith is a contractor who keeps his word. Overall great experience.

Comments: They were on time for estimate and for work done. They were efficient, fast, neat and clean. They did not try to oversell but met the need and explained thoroughly why you would want to replace both springs when only one was broken. Very good company. They are our door company from now on. The customer service from when you call Suzanne is office manager was professional and courteous (outstanding) during installation I have the pleasure of meeting his assistant Jennifer who is proficient and courteous (outstanding). Comments: Project - Install a new garage opener and tune-up two folding garage doors. I tend to be rather detail oriented for all my projects and felt my prior experience installing garage door openers would serve me well. During the initial consultation visit Mark (Quality Overhead Doors Owner/Installer) exhibited exceptional professionalism and friendliness . Mark discussed the project in detail asking specific questions while offering insight into areas seldom known by the general population. He went on to take offer up cost effective alternatives to some ideas I had and some cost savings steps. Having performed countless searches on the internet for reputable installers and used a number of online referral services, I decided to go with Quality Overhead Doors for a few critical reasons. Although Quality Overhead Doors were not my first choice (many other companies had much more elaborate websites with videos and very impressive reviews as well), it was the quality of the reviews in addition to the personal follow-up responses to the few low scoring reviews that gave me the comfort level I needed to select Quality Overhead Doors. Workmanship: within 24-hrs of completing the written quote Mark was back onsite and completed the installation a few hours later. Things to take into account - Its not the size of the company that matters but what a company consistently shows in the work they perform for their customers that makes a difference. Hats off to Mark and his company for a very positive experience.
